  • I know you want to be a more joyful and vibrant version of yourself. The problem is, you’re not even sure what that looks like!

  • How could you know when you haven’t seen that part of yourself in a long time? When you live day to day as if everybody else’s needs have priority over yours?

  • If you feel wrung out and longing for more in life, don’t despair. Even if you struggle to access joy, you can find a more awakened version of yourself.

  • Ditch the limiting beliefs telling you what you should or shouldn’t do.

It's time to turn your attention to YOU.

(I know, I know, that feels hard, maybe even a little bit scary, which is why I would never ask you to do that alone.)

Let's find the Self you've been missing...

Many paints are spread out on a palette in a Boulder workshop on painting as a form of self-expression

Imagine dropping into a creative process so you can have more juice in your life.

If you’re feeling stuck, dry, or uninspired you’ll be able to shake yourself out of it and find the energy, flow, and pleasure that light you up.

And you’ll recognize how important it is to always make time for yourself, nourish your inner wisdom, and have some fun.

Want to experience that? Here’s where I come in...

Everyone Should Feel Joy In Their Life and Be Able to Access Personal Freedom

I know how scary it is to think about leaving the familiar and stepping into the unknown. I also know the dragging feeling of depletion and disconnection when life feels uninspired and is focused on others. I eventually had to acknowledge that I didn't want to live in stagnation anymore.

That’s how I discovered the magic of utilizing creative processes to get ourselves unstuck. We can use expression and inquiry to unlock and explore what is in our hearts. Then we can discover our potential and bring more vitality to our lives.

I’ve channeled my lifelong dedication to personal growth, over 20 years working with more than 200 families on the threshold of becoming parents, and guiding people to find their wise inner selves to create this foundation for you. It is my honor to help you navigate your next steps, wherever you're at in life.

“I loved that [the benefit] is still really with me a few days later, it's like the awareness that arrived and the processes continue to unfold with time.” ~Emily

“It felt like a great balance. I liked having the painting be the main focus, while saving space for journaling and talking. I also really loved the weaving in of the story - it was like a beautiful thread woven through the experience.” ~Heather

“So much was personally revealed to me about where I am and that kind of self reflection felt so available and welcomed.” ~Sally

“I loved moving through the process without an expectation of the end result. That felt really freeing, and at times uncomfortable.” ~Rachel

“This workshop created space for me to move into my creative side, something I rarely do. Removing the focus away from creating a “final product” allowed a form of concentration on and connection to deep places within me that wanted to express themselves in color and flow. What a gift to process from a state with less words and thought and more intuition and instinct.” ~Elise
